Day 111

For lunch I stopped by Mikonos, a Greek place around the corner with pita wraps. This one had chicken, yogurt sauce, french fries, and veges packed into one. Oh yeah.


For dinner, Alessandra and I made a big dinner for everyone to celebrate Eleonora's (our ECCO intern's) completion of her internship. There was a farro salad with strawberries, arugula, strawberries and balsamic, tarts with sausage, spinach, ricotta, provolone, and red onion (so good!), three types of croustini, one with eggplant, mozzarella and salami, one with white bean spread and arugula, and one with tomato. Everything was a big hit and it was a really fun dinner!
