For dinner, we went to Fratelli La Bufala (Via Riva di Reno, 7) for some Napolitan-style pizza. This was excellent pizza much like that we had eaten in Napoli, with chewy, flavorful dough. My ingredients weren't so typical - pineapple, spicy salami, and cheese - called the tropicale, but it sure was good.

Day 114
For lunch today I topped a friselle with speck (like smoked prosciutto) and stratchiatella cheese with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Full of flavor and a nice light lunch.
