Nothing too exciting today, but more good food as usual. For lunch, back to Osteria dell'Orsa. I got smoked scamorza cheese melted over soaked, flavorful bread and then topped with prosciutto. This was very tasty.
For dinner, I adapted Rita's recipe for the ricotta a little. I added peas and made it with these little gnocchetti. This was ok, the sauce was good, since I used the ricotta that I bought at the market yesterday, but these gnocchetti were too heavy for me - I won't be buying this brand again.
