Started off the day at lunch with some pasta that my roommate's friend made. It was pasta carbonara, one of my favorites!
For dinner, we had a lemon-themed dinner. Here's a picture of the table:
Here was a little antipasti plate we made. The sausage in the back was made by Alessandra's family in Italy and is so delicious!
We had tortelloni filled with spinach and ricotta with a sage cream sauce. I loved this!
A salad with radicchio, white beans, lemon slices and cherry tomatoes.
Then, Alessandra made a lemon cake that we drizzled lemoncello over. So good! I have to have this again.
