Hi Everyone,
Just wanted first to say thank you to everyone that reads the blog. I've gotten really great response from it both in Italy and from the U.S., as well as people traveling and studying abroad in other countries - so far we've had readers on 5 different continents, from countries including the U.S., Spain, Italy, England, Argentina, Chile, Pakistan, India, New Zealand, Russia, and more. It's great to know that people are reading, and hopefully its encouraging people to try cooking what they see, think about food in a different way, or just enjoy the pretty food in the pictures.
Also wanted to let you know that I wont be updating the blog for about the next 10 days as we have our Spring vacation and I will be traveling around Italy. That said, there will be plenty of pictures and stories when I return!
