For lunch today, back to Terra del Sole after class. Their food is simply always amazing, and since it's southern Italian food and therefore a lot lighter, I could literally eat this everyday. Today I had a little sandwich with soft bread, pecorino cheese, artichoke, olive oil and oregano that I ate outside in the sun. So good!
For dinner, made some simple pasta with tomato sauce, which is always just so delicious here. I don't know if it's being in Italy which makes it taste so, so, so much better, but I'm telling you it's just amazing here. Lizzie made a great salad with radicchio, gran padano cheese, white beans and the balsamic we got in Modena.
